Program Structure
Each week introduces a new meditation style, helping you explore different techniques and discover what resonates most with you:

Week 1: Body Scan Meditation – Build awareness and release physical tension

Week 2: Mindfulness of Breath – Cultivate calm and improve focus

Week 3: Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta) – Open the heart and foster emotional balance

Week 4: Silent and Guided Visualization – Access deep stillness and mental clarity
The course is available in group sessions for a shared experience or 1:1 personalized classes for customized guidance.
